FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition of greatly high transparency and little discoloration with significantly improved flame-retardancy without impairing the characteristics inherent in the matrix resin, by incorporating a synthetic resin with glassy product constituted by phosphoric acid antimonate. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of a synthetic resin with (B) 0.05-30pts.wt. of a glassy product constituted by phosphoric acid antimonate derived from the reaction between sodium antimonate and phosphoric acid and (C) 1-30pts.wt. of an organohalide compound. The component (B) is of such composition as to be 0.3-1.5 and 0.5-1.5 in the molar ratios P2O5/Sb2O5 and Na2O/Sb2O5, respectively, with an average particle size 2-30mum.
