To plane simultaneously two opposite surfaces of a piece, for exemple a pannel, and to clean and bland the edges, the plane, particularly a hand plane, has two similar tool holders (1, 2). Both tool holders (1, 2) are arranged facing each other and are joined by a device (4, 7, 36-39) allowing the adjustment of their distance in order to adapt them to the distances of surfaces or edges to beplaned. Preferably, the adjustment device is comprised of at least one spring (4). |
