PURPOSE:To accurately and efficiently provide a supersonic diagnosing device by incorporating a dropper regulator in addition to a switching regulator, and providing a pulse control circuit for controlling the operating and inoperating periods of the regulator. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage Vi applied to a switching regulator 8 is simultaneously applied to a pulse control circuit 12 through the first smoothing circuit 14 form an AC power source 4, and the control circuit 12 controls the operating and inoperating periods of the regulator 8 on the basis of the level of the input voltage Vi. The output V01 of the regulator 8 is voltage-regulated by a transformer 16, then smoothed by the second smoothing circuit 18, the output voltage V02 is applied to a dropper regulator 10, further averaged and stabled as a constant voltage. |
