PURPOSE:To increase considerably the number of lines transmitting a call signal at the same time by supervising a load state of a call signal transmitter, transmitting a load limit signal to a central controller when the state exceeds a prescribed value so as to regulate the connection requiring the transmission of the call signal thereby avoiding the limit of connection so long as an output of call signal transmitter has a margin. CONSTITUTION:A load state detector BSC supervises the load state of a call signal transmitter RG, and when the state reaches a prescribed limit, a load limit signal is transmitted to a central controller CCU. When the load is reduced from the limit value by a value, a load reduction signal is transmitted to the central controller CCU. When the central controller CCU receives a load limit signal, the connection requiring the transmission of the call is regulated and when the load reduction signal is received next, then the said regulation is released. |
