PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive structure which is simple, clean, and suitable for mass production by installing an adhesive pouring hole in the first shell, pouring a specified amount of adhesive from the hole by inserting a discharge nozzle, and blocking the hole by covering with the second shell. CONSTITUTION:Each of a pair of adhesive pouring holes 24 are installed on the side of step formed by denting inward a joint 12 of the first shell 8. The first shell 8 is fixed to the bottom of a discharge lamp 1 and an outer tube bulb 2 and tip of a cylinder 9 are contacted by applying adequate force. A discharge nozzle 25 having an injection needle shape is inserted into the adhesive pouring hole 24, and a specified amount of adhesive is poured by applying appropriate pressure and the nozzle 24 is taken out. The second shell 14 is fixed to the first shell 8 to block the adhesive pouring hole 24. This process provides an adhesive method which is simple, clean, and suitable for mass production. |
