PURPOSE:To produce an oil-soluble health food effective for enhancing vigor, beautifying the skin and controlling the intestinal function, etc., by extracting an oil-soluble component in cells of a plant belonging to the genus Allium, e.g. garlic, and cells of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. CONSTITUTION:An oil-soluble nutrient component dissolved in oil droplets which are main constituent elements of cellular granules of a plant belonging to the genus Allium, e.g. a garlic, and an oil-soluble component dissolved in oil droplets of cells in lactic acid bacteria and yeast fungal bodies are extracted with an oil, e.g. safflower oil. |
