PURPOSE:To reduce the cost while to improve the long term stocking performance and the low temperature characteristic by employing univalent silver oxide or univalent and bibalent silver oxides as the active substance then mixing with silver galvanized graphite powder. CONSTITUTION:Univalent silver oxide powder, bivalent silver oxide powder and silver galvanized graphite powder are mixed then compression molded to produce a positive electrode mold 1. Then said mold 1 is inserted into a positive electrode case 2 and pressure molded together with a positive electrode ring 3 to produce a positive electrode. Then negative pole black mix 4 where zinc power gel is mixed with poly acrylic soda is filled in a negative electrode case and an electrolyte where zinc oxide is dissolved into aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is injected and an impregant material 7 composed of a separator 6 and nylon non-woven fabric is inserted. Consequently, the cost can be lowered while the long term stocking performance and the low temperature characteristic can be improved. |
