PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate uniform both in lateral and logitudinal directions without damaging a conductive thin film, in preparing a conductive laminate by forming the conductive thin film on a non-conductive base material, by measuring the characteristics of the conductive thin film in a non-contact state by using an eddy current sensor. CONSTITUTION:In preparing a conductive laminate film 2 by forming a conductive thin film comprising gold, copper or Al or one comprising SnO2 on a non- conductive base material such as a plastic film, 2 a plurality of eddy current sensors 1 are arranged in the lateral direction of the film so as to leave a proper distance from the surface of the film while the film is transferred by film transfer rolls 3, 3 so as to upwardly direct the conductive thin film thereof and a manufacturing condition is controlled so as to make a film thickness uniform on the basis of such a fact that the output of the eddy current induced in the conductive thin film is proportional to the electric resistance of the conductive thin film while the film thickness is proportional to electric resistance. By this method, a laminated having uniform characteristics can be prepared continuously with good efficiency.
