The method applies the technique of so-called "permanent" construction, that is to say using formwork for the pouring of concrete. It plans to establish points of support only vertically below the location of external load-bearing walls and to build the latter all in one piece in order to create a monolithic shell 7 which is stable by itself and does not include any partition wall, and in which the desired openings 8 have been made. The concrete used is preferably of the architectural type so that the walls have their final appearance immediately after the formwork is removed. This method is particularly impressive and enables individual residences of excellent quality to be built in a very short time and therefore, at affordable prices. <IMAGE>
