PURPOSE:To form a molded type transformer coil without using a metal mold by a method wherein a resin is poured by a centrifugal force into the concave parts formed with ringed insulators arranged at the end parts of coil and resin non-transmittable insulating layer prepared at the outer circumference of coil. CONSTITUTION:An insulated elemental wire 24-1 is wound around the outer circumference of an insulating cylinder 22 placing a spacer 23-1 between them. Ringed end part insulators 25-1 are fitted up to the both end parts. An well impregnable insulating layer 26-1 is formed on the outer circumference of the elemental wire 24-1, and a nontransmittable insulating layer 27-1 is formed on its outer circumference. Then a coil 21 is impregnated with a resin in a vacuum, and the coil is made to rotate. As concave parts are formed by the insulating layers 25-1, 27-1, the resin is stored at the concave parts by a centrifugal force. After then by curing the resin by heating, the coil 21 is completed. As a metal mold is not used, a most suitable design of coil becomes performable. |
