PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of air to pass through an ink inducer by hot- sealing an ink bag with the sealing portion of the ink inducer integrally molded with the fitting portion for the sealing portion, the ink inducer, and a sealant. CONSTITUTION:An ink inducer 20 is made up of an ink inducing tube 21 having a large thickness and a very short length, formed of a plastic material such as polyethylene which is the same heat-sealable material as the contact face of an ink bag 10, a sealing portion 22 provided at one end of the tube 21, and a sealant fitting portion 23 provided at the other end of the tube 21. A sealant 30 of rubber, etc., is fitted into the sealant fitting portion 23. Ink is supplied to the ink jet head by thrusting a hollow needle leading to the ink jet head into the sealing portion 23. At least facing pair of the sealing portion 22 is tapered into a form of knife edge. |
