RELEASING AGENT USED FOR METAL SPRAYING

PURPOSE:To simplify the releasing of a mold with a better attaching of metal sprayed by having a specified amount of a cation polymer contained with the rest mainly composed of a solvent for dissolving or dispersing the cation polymer. CONSTITUTION:More than 0.001wt% of a cation polymer A is contained with the rest mainly composed of a solvent B for dissolving or dispersing the cation polymer A. After the formation of a film of a releasing agent for metal spraying on a die surface, a metal spraying is performed on the film to ensure a better attaching property of metal sprayed while simplifying the work of withdrawing a metal-resin composite from a mold. When the amount of the cation polymer A is under 0.001wt%, this is not desirable because the attaching property of metal sprayed is so poor as to readily cause such troubles as forming little metal film or peeling off of the metal film during the spraying work. There is no special upper limit to the amount of using the polymer and it is used in any range unless enhanced viscosity makes the work difficult to do with an increase in the amount of use.
