发明名称 MULTIL-LAYER HARDFACE WELDING OF CYLINDRICAL BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent exfoliation of a built up part and to improve wear proof characteristic in a weld bead made up of unit weld beads in which the width of weaving welding is maximum at the center and minimum at both ends by multi- layer hardface welding a cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:In multi-layer hardface welding that makes weaving welding reciprocating a welding torch 11 in the direction at right angles to the direction of scanning 12 on outer peripheral face of a cylindrical body 10 to be processes, a welding bead 14 is formed by making the width of above-mentioned reciprocation maximum W2 at the center of 1 pitch and minimum W1 at both ends at every running interval of the welding torch 11 at specified pitch L. Further, above-mentioned welding torch 11 is scanned to bring the part of maximum width W2 of a unit of weld bead 14 into contact with the part of minimum width W1 of adjoining upper, lower, right and left unit weld beads 14a. By this way, weld cracks are generated selectively in the part of minimum width W1 of the weld bead 14 to prevent exfoliation of built up part, and wear proof characteristic is improved controlling the number of weld cracks.
