PURPOSE:To surely fix a mat to a filled surface by bring a mat into contact with a paste filled surface by pressing a saw-toothed unit to the mat. CONSTITUTION:A plate substrate 1 is combined with a synthetic resin frame 9, and paste-like active material 4 is filled in the plate substrate 1. The paste filled surface is covered with mats 6 from both sides. Tips 11 of a saw-toothed unit 10 having sawteeth comprising synthetic resin is thrust from one side of the mat and projected to the back side through the active material layer. When the plate is compressed with the tips of sawteeth, the tips are bent and fixed like revets on the back side of the mat 6 and the mat 6 is fixed on the surface of the active material. |
