PURPOSE:To raise the bonding force of a decorative cement mortar to the foundation by a method in which the upside of the foundation and the lower end of an outer wall panel are connected with a fastener metal, and the aperture between the upside of the foundation and the lower end face of the outer wall panel is closed with a reticular mortar stopper piece. CONSTITUTION:The lower horizontal piece 8 of a nearly Z-shaped fastener metal 2 is fixed to the upside of a foundation 1 by anchor bolts 9, and the lower end of an outer wall panel 3 is fixed to the upper horizontal piece 10 of the metal 2 by bolts 11. In this case, the aperture between the upside of the foundation 1 and the lower end face of the panel 3 is closed with a netted mortar stopper piece 4. A decorative cement mortar 5 is coated on the surface of the foundation 1 from the outside and also packed into the space between the upside of the foundation 1 and the lower end face of the panel 3. Dropping of the mortar 5 into the inside of the foundation 1 can thus be prevented, and the bonding force of the mortar 5 to the foundation can therefore be raised by the meshes of the mortar stopper piece. |
