PURPOSE:To produce a health food rich in various nutrients in stable state, and having beautiful green color, by adding natural vitamin E to grape seed oil containing natural chlorophyll and high linoleic acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective health food contains (A) 95-50% grape seed oil containing 65-75% linoleic acid and 0.001-0.01% chlorophyll and (B) 5-50% natural vitamin E. The oxidative decomposition of linoleic acid can be suppressed in spite of the presence of chlorophyll, and the food is excellent as a health food owing to the physiological action of vitamin E such as the action to promote the blood flow. Since the health food contains large amount of various nutrients in stable form, and has beautiful green color, it can be taken as it is for the maintenance and promotion of health or used as a food additive for various foods. It can be stored stably at normal temperature for a long period when shielded from oxygen with a soft capsule, etc. |
