PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a fish paste product, and to enable the long- term storge of the product, by using stabilized chlorine dioxide in the processing of the fish paste and for the cleaning of water. CONSTITUTION:Chlorine dioxide is added to the raw material to be treated or to the water, in the form of aqueous solution, powder, granule, etc., in the processing of a fish paste product, e.g. bleaching, artificial aging, etc. of boiled fish- paste, cake of pounded fish, etc. or for the cleaning of water used in the above process. |
