CONTINUOUS FILM FEEDING METHOD AND DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and to reduce damage of film by feeding the remaining film with high speed when the film supply source is near empty and mounting a new film supply source. CONSTITUTION:A film detection sensor 9 is provided to a film reel 1 to detect the state when the film supply source is near empty. Then the remaining film is fed with high speed to feed the temporarily retarded portion of film and during the interval when said portion is being fed with normal speed to next process, a new film supply source is mounted to connect both films. Since the film reel 1 can be replaced without influencing to following process, the efficiency is improved while damage of film can be reduced.
