PURPOSE:To miniaturize a driving device and make it light in weight by movably mounting a moving table including a movable coil fixed thereon wound at a right angle to magnetic force lines from a permanent magnet on a bench having the permanent magnet fixed thereon via a guide part. CONSTITUTION:When a DC current is conducted through a movable coil 20 fixed on the lower surface of a moving table 21, thrusting force is generated between permanent magnets 19, 19 disposed on the inside surface of magnetic levers 14, 16 on the bench 13 along a magnetic lever 15 provided at a center of the bench 13, and thereby the coil 20 is moved. In addition, the moving table 21 is moved along orbitals 18, 18 of the magnetic levers 14, 16 located on both sides of the bench 13. If the current is reversed, the moving table 21 can be moved in the opposite direction. |
