What is disclosed are organopolysiloxane release coatings which are curable on a substrate and which consist of a base siloxane copolymer containing CH<Sub>3</Sub>SiO<Sub>32</Sub> units; C<Sub>6</Sub>H<Sub>5</Sub>SiO<Sub>32</Sub> units, C<Sub>6</Sub>H<Sub>5</Sub>(CH<Sub>3</Sub>)SiO units and (C<Sub>6</Sub>H<Sub>5</Sub>)<Sub>2</Sub>SiO units; CH<Sub>3</Sub>SiO<Sub>32</Sub>; a fluid polysiloxane, and a curing agent. They are especially useful on commercial and household cookware and bakeware.
