PURPOSE:To enable processing of a material of very hard particles in the final stage by boring processing holes at the roots of the intermeshing teeth in a granulating head comprising a pair of main body of circular die so as to penetrate the main body of the die, and installing >= three sets of the granulating head in series. CONSTITUTION:A pair of main body 10 of drivable circular die is assembled in a granulating head 2 so as to inscribe or or circumscribed to each other, and processing holes 12 are bored at the roots between intermeshing teeth 11 so as to penetrate the main body of the die. At least three sets, from the first to the third granulating heads are provided in series. A treated material A prepared by the first granulating head 21 is fed to the second granulating head 22, and the treated material A discharged from the second granulating head 22 is fed to the third granulating head 22.
