PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption even if no load is imposed on auxiliary machinery by reducing the transmission capacity of a directly coupled mechanism when consumption energy of the auxiliary machinery driven by an engine exceeds the fixed value. CONSTITUTION:Engagement force control means Dc comprises a timing valve, a modulate valve 60, an idle release valve 70 and a solenoid valve 80 as an element forming pressure reducing means. When consumption energy of auxiliary machinery S driven by an engine exceeds the fixed value, the transmission capacity of a directly coupled mechanism Cd is controlled to decrease or be at zero. Thus, the engagement force of the direct-coupled mechanism Cd can be compensated not to be strong excessively by the load of the auxiliary machinery S, so that it is not necessary to set the engagement force at a smaller value, and fuel consumption rate can be improve even if no load is imposed on the auxiliary machinery. |
