PURPOSE:To grasp exactly a running distance by calculating and integrating a running speed basing on a frequency modulation by a Doppler effect generated in the course of running of a pedestrian or a runner. CONSTITUTION:A frequency modulation sound by a Doppler effect in the course of running is collected by a microphone, a noise component is eliminated by a filter 32, and thereafer, f/V-converted 33, a difference to an f0-V0 converted value 34 of a reference frequency f0 is obtained, and its absolute value is detected 35. This absolute value is integrated 36, and thereafter, a correction coefficient 37 of a moving distance of a right ankle obtained in advance by running a prescribed distance and an actual running distance is calculated by a CPU38, and the running distance is displayed 39. |
