PURPOSE:To defrost immediately by constructing such that power is fed immediately to fan means with correspondence to exhange operation to DEF mode irrespective of delay function of power feed delay means. CONSTITUTION:Upon exchange of operating rod 13a on blow-off mode operating mechanism 13 to DEF mode thus to close microswitch 50 and blower switch 11, a relay 20 will throw a contact 22 in power feed side fixed contact 24 while a relay 30 will close a switch 32 irrespective of function of delay circuit 60 and transistor 40 to rotate blower motor M thus to supply air and to perform defrosting of glass. In such a manner, response against DEF mode is improved.
