PURPOSE:To record easily an instantaneous signal by detecting the instantaneous signal, digitizing and writing it in a memory circuit, and reading out and recording it after a delay for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:With regard to the detection and recording of an instaneous signal of loose parts, etc. of the primary system of a nuclear reactor of a nuclear power plant; the signal of a detector 1 is inputted to an A/D converting circuit 2 and a start signal generating circuit 5, and the start signal of the circuit 5 is fed to a digital recording device 6 and held in waiting mode. On the other hand, the circuit 2 digitizes the signal of the detector 1, writes it to a memory circuit 3, reads it out of the circuit 3 by delaying it for a prescribed time by a delaying circuit 4, and inputs and records it in the device 6. |
