<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction at the transient state of a comparator circuit by detecting a power supply voltage fluctuation at a prescribed range or over and controlling the input to a flip-flop circuit to be the nonconductive state so as to hold the output state. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted to a non-inverting input terminal 4 of the comparator 2 is compared with a reference voltage inputted to an inverting input terminal 6 and an output of the comparator 2 is outputted from a terminal 15 via a flip-flop 15. If a power supply voltage Vcc is fluctuated and reaches a prescribed value or below, a switching control circuit 38 generates a pulse output being a high level so as to turn on transistors (TRs) 24, 26. An output of the comparator 2 is interrupted so as to prevent it from being inputted to a flip-flop 12, and also the flip-flop 12 is reset and a value before output fluctuation is held.</p> |
