PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics and the mechanical strength of the titled magnet by a method wherein the polycarbonate resin and the like of prescribed vol% and the magnetic powder which is surface-processed using a silane coupling agent are kneaded at the prescribed temperature, and they are injection-molded by applying pressure. CONSTITUTION:PC resin or ABS resin is used as thermoplastic resin. The quantity of said resin to be used is set at 20-50vol%. Also magnetic powder, whereon a surface processing is performed with a silane coupling agent using N-beta-gamma- propyl-trimethoxy silane, is used. The surface-processed magnetic powder is kneaded at 200-400 deg.C when PC resin is used, it is kneaded at 150-300 deg.C when ABS resin is used, and a mixture is obtained. Then, the mixture is injection- molded in the same temperature range as it is kneaded applying the pressure of 1,000-1,500kg/cm<2> using a molding mold. As a result, the magnetic characteristics and the mechanical strength of the resin magnet can be improved. |
