PURPOSE:To obtain smooth and clean EP material where no mold releasing agent is transfered by forming an intaglio for molding a stamping member using basic material consisting of thermo curing synthetic resin with a film laminated in one piece. CONSTITUTION:Heat-resistant polyamide resin or polyvinyl alcohol resin film 2 of thickness less than 50mum is attached to relief plate set at the bottom of a mold, and then thermocuring synthetic resin is filled in the mold. After this procedure, said resin is a molded into a basic material 1 of thermo curing synthetic resin with a film 2 laminated in one piece under pressure and heat. Then an intaglio 3 is formed with a relief plate on the surface on which a film layer adherse. An intaglio for molding printed material thus manufactured is a plate consisting of a concave part 3 formed sharply with a smooth surface on a surface where film adheres. When a printing material is molded with this intaglio for molding printing material, the printed surface is quite smooth and each print looks sharp. In addition, it is possible to obtain a clean intaglio of high product value without any residual mold releasing agent left in the concave surface. |
