PURPOSE:To separate and to purify 2C fraction from hydrocarbons with saved energy, keeping a mixture of raw materials comprising H2, methane, 2C fraction, and other hydrocarbons in a specific temperature range, feeding the mixture to a fractionating column of de-ethanizer under control. CONSTITUTION:In separating 2C fraction and fractions lighter than 2C fraction by fractionating a mixture comprising hydrogen, methane, 2C fraction such as ethylene, etc., and other hydrocarbons, the mixture for the raw materials is adjusted to -5--45 deg.C, especially -15--35 deg.C, fed to a fractionating column of de-ethanizer, and 2C fraction and the fractions lighter than 2C fraction are separated and purified. Total powder required in the de-ethanizer facilities can be reduced by keeping the temperature of the raw materials in a proper range. |
