PURPOSE:To make a speedometer drive gear unnecessary to make the constitution small-sized by allowing a speedometer driven gear to mesh a governor driven gear. CONSTITUTION:A speedometer driven gear 9 is allowed to mesh the governor driven gear 6, and the gear 9 is extended in the tangent direction of the gear 6 and has one end and the other supported freely rotatably in a case 1 and a speedometer case attached to the case 1 respectively. The governor drive gear 2 which is rotated in a speed corresponding to a car speed rotates the governor driven gear 8 meshing this gear 2, and this rotation is transmitted to a governor 5 through a shaft 3. Then, the governor 5 is rotated in a speed corresponding to the car speed to generate a governor pressure corresponding to the car speed. Meanwhile, the governor driven gear 6 rotates the speedometer driven gear 9 meshing this gear 6, and this rotation is transmitted to a speedometer through a cable to indicate the car speed. Thus, the speedometer drive gear is unnecessary. |
