PURPOSE:To secure such a fender as being hard to produce partial deformation and excellent in load receiving capacity, by filling up plastic foam inside an outer cover case having a mouthpiece under pressure, while rotating the whole lot of the outercover case, and hardening liquefied resin inside, after hermetrically sealing the mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:A plastic foam is filled up inside a vulcanized outer cover case consisting of rubber carrying a mouthpiece and embedding a fiber reinforced cord after being mixed by a mixer under pressure with a filling machine 20. As for material in use, hardenable liquefied resin 3-25 capacity parts against small pieces and beads 100 capacity parts of foamed plastics are used. After filling, the outer cover case is rotated, and the liquefied resin inside is hardened. A foaming material is being filled up inside the outer cover case in a state of being compressed so that if a fender receives compressice deformation, there is hard to produce partial deformation and, what is more, resistance of load receiving capacity yet more increases, thus an effective fender is securable. |
