This invention concerns a shelter is meant to be buried below ground to be covered with earth, gravel, stones etc., whose walls, roof, and floor absorb combat loads from bombs, shells etc by being deformed. It consists of two or more frame structures connected by a cladding (8) that prevents earth etc. from penetrating the shelter. Each frame structure consists of beam-shaped building elements (1, 2, 3) with shapes specified in advance that can be jointed together. At their ends, the building elements (1, 2, 3) are provided with pressure plates (6) to which the building elements can be joined.
