In the case of an air filter housing for an internal combustion engine, especially for a truck engine, with lateral air inlet connections and central air outlet aperture on which bearing lugs designed as fixing elements for the accommodation of connecting bolts are arranged, it is proposed, in order to reduce the costs of manufacture and to reduce the sound transmission capability, especially of structure-borne noise, that the housing (1) including air inlet connection (3), air outlet aperture (4) and bearing lugs (15) be manufactured in one piece from plastic. <IMAGE>
