PURPOSE:To increase the range to be controlled by the base side of an oscillation transistor, by adding a diode in parallel between the collector and the emitter of a controlling transistor, so that the cathode of a diode comes to the collector of a controlling transistor. CONSTITUTION:A diode 22 is added in parallel betwen the collector and the emitter of a controlling transistor 17, so that the cathode side of a diode comes to the collector of the transistor. With this arrangement, the range controlled by the base side of an ocsillation transistor 7 can largely be increased in comparison with the conventionnal method. The current will not flow to the reverse direction, because a bypass is made by adding the diode 22 to the circuit from the emitter toward the collector of a controlling transistor 17. By adding one diode to the circuit in such a manner, the circuit between the base and the emitter of an oscillation transistor can be protected, and the reverse flow can be prevented in the controlling transistor, while the device can be used for high power operation as the range controlled by the base side of an oscillation transistor is increased. |
