PURPOSE:To improve the reliability over a long period by forming a fibrous electric insulating interposing layer between a rotor coil insulating layer and a binding wire, thereby strengthening the weak portion at the binding wire clamping time of a coil end. CONSTITUTION:Fibrous electric insulating felt 7 is contacted with a rotor coil in the circumferential direction at the outside of a ground insulator 5, and the binding wire is wound and secured under the prescrived tension from above. Then, it is immersed, further dried and hardened to secure a rotor coil. Thus, when the binding wire 4 is wound under the prescribed tension, a stress is prevented from being applied to the insulator 5, the insulating thickness of this portion is increased to increase the insulating withstand strength, the connecting force is increased to secure the rotor coil in very high reliability. |
