A device according to the invention comprises a base 1 which is fixed by a half-collar 2 and a strap 3 onto the wrist of a patient. It comprises a tray 4 which is intended to receive weights and which is placed above the base 1 and which is connected to the latter by bending blades 5. A lever 6 connects the base 1 to a joint 7 whose axis is aligned with the axis of the elbow joint and comprises an angular displacement sensor. One application is the acquisition of quantitative data on neurological anomalies leading to trembling of the hand and pertubations of postural anticipation phenomena. <IMAGE>
