<p>The ski has its running surface made in convex shape over its width over almost the whole of its length in cross-section to the ski's length axis. The ski has a longish edge along a part of each side within the binding area which is arranged largely symmetrical to the binding. The edges lie parallel to the ski's length axis and their depth corresponds mainly to the max. distance of the ski's running surface from the side. The outer sides of the edges are rounded off with their rear ends having a straight cut-off. The running characteristic is smooth and guards, the skier against sideways breaking away, esp. in tight bends.</p> |
