PURPOSE:To manufacture a coil with less number of turns under the stable condition by utilizing a good conductor for an adjusting member of a high frequency coil. CONSTITUTION:In a high frequency coil 11, a coil body 15 is formed and an adjusting member, 16 is provided within the hollow part of such coil body 15 in freely movable manner. In a high frequency coil 12, a coil body 18 is formed and an adjusting member 19 is provided within such coil body 18 in freely movable manner. In this case, the members 16, 19 are formed by good conductor and thereby loss of high frequency signal can be lowered. Particularly since the members 16, 19 are formed by good conductive material and insertion of such adjusting members reduces an inductance value, an inductance value can be set to the highest value on design in the case of coreless coil and a number of turns of coil can be set to a large number. Thereby, a coil with less number of turns can be manufactured under the more stable conditions. |
