PURPOSE:To enable change of content of processing by a program by writing picture element data of desired part from an address processor of exclusive use to a partial picture memory, scanning this for each block, and processing by an operation processor. CONSTITUTION:A high speed processor section 10 consists of an operation processor 11 that makes picture processing, a parallel processor 12 that makes processing of sum of products operation type, an address processor 13 that cuts out picture element data of desired part from a picture memory 32 and accumulates in a common memory 14 and the common memory that makes delivery of data between processors 13 and 14. A microcomputer section 20 consists of a microcomputer 21 for control, an interface board 22 for memory and peripheral equipment and a bus interface circuit 23 and connected to the address processor 13 of the high speed processor section 10 through the bus interface circuit 23. An interface section 30 consists of a TV interface circuit 31 and a picture memory 32, and connected to the microcomputer section 20 through a microcomputer bus 25. |
