PURPOSE:To obtain a test machine which is correlated to a foaming property under high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing and is useful for the foaming test at a high temperature and a high pressure, by providing a pressure vessel whose inside can be observed, a spraying device which sprays a liquid, a conduit through which the liquid is sent to the spraying device, and a heating device. CONSTITUTION:As a pressure vessel 1 whose inside can be observed, a pressure vessel provided with a looking glass (inspection hole) 5 is used unless the pressure vessel consists of a pressure-resistant glass. A stainless steel, a plated steel, a pressure-resistant glass, or the like is used as materials of the pressure vessel 1, and a stainless steel is desirable. An agitator can be provided in the pressure vessel as required. An impeller is used as this agitator. The spraying device sprays generally the liquid to the liquid surface in the vessel uniformly within a prescribed spray range. The conduit connects generally the upper part and the lower part of the pressure vesseld through a liquid circulating pump. A device which can heat the liquid in the vessel to 50-150 deg.C is desirable as the heating device provided for heating the liquid in the pressure vessel. |
