PURPOSE:To obtain a stable pulse forming circuit by during a transistor TR, which compensates a variance of temperature of an output TR, with a constant current source where a variance of power source voltage and a variance of temperature are compensated. CONSTITUTION:A constant current source 10 where a variance of power source voltage and a variance of temperature are compensated is connected to a resistance 11 and the base of a TR13 constituting an emitter follower. A pulse is inputted to the base of a TR14, and a TR17 is turned off for the high level, and the TR17 is turned on for the low level, and thus, an output pulse is obtained in the emitter of the TR17. Since the potential of the emitter of the TR17 is approximately equal to the base potential of the TR13 when the TR17 is turned on, this circuit is stable against a variance of power source voltage and a variance of temperature. |
