<p>Fluid control means suitable for use as a vehicle spray suppressor comprises a receptor surface (10) against which fluid such as road surface water is arranged to impinge, a pair of transversely spaced outlet channels (11) provided at respective edge regions (12) of the receptor surface, and a receptor surface having a plurality of fluid collector formations which extend rectilinearly between said outlet channels (11) substantially at right angles thereto, and horizontal in normal use, so as to serve to direct to said outlet channels fluid impinging on the receptor surface, the collected fluid flowing from said outlet channels under the action of gravity.</p> |
