摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the presence of the surface of powder in, e.g., a warehouse, by detecting the change in transmission torque between a driving gear and an output gear by the deviation of a torque detecting bar, and detecting the presence or absence of the load of a weight, which is suspended by wire. CONSTITUTION:A weight 12 is suspended at the upper part over powder 16. Under this state, a driving gear 1 is rotated clockwise by a motor. Then the turning effort is transmitted to a pulley 11 through planetary gears 3 and 5 and an output gear 6, and the weight 12 is lowered. At this time, since the load of the weight 12 is applied to the pulley 11, torque difference is yielded between an input shaft 2 and an output shaft 7, and the planetary gear 5 undergoes revolution. A detecting bar 8 is rotated counterclockwise around the output shaft 7 against the tension of a spring 10. When the weight 12 reaches the powder and the tension becomes zero, the torque of the output shaft 7 becomes zero. Therefore, by detecting the deviation angle of the rotation of the detecting bar 8, the level of the powder in the tank can be measured.
