PURPOSE:To detect load cutoff with quick timing as well as to prevent a unit from overspeediness, by detecting a fact that a fuel control signal of a gas turbine comes to a lower limit value. CONSTITUTION:A deviation between the setting speed and the actual speed is calculated by a subtracter 29, while a proportional gain is multiplied by a gain setter 30, and no-load fuel bias is added by an adder 31, then suchlike being limited by an upper and lower limiter 32 is set down to a fuel control signal. A fact that the fuel control signal comes to a lower limit value is detected by a comparator 33, and under the condition that a generator breaker is closed, a regulator valve full-close command is outputted by an AND gate 35 via an OR gate 36. In addition, a fact that a unit speed exceeds a range of 107% is detected by a comparator 34. With this constitution, load cutoff can be quickly detected and overspeediness in a unit is thus preventable. |
