PURPOSE:To exactly control fuel at the high ratio of the fuel to air, without being affected by secondary air, by using an engine condition compensation value as basic data to calculate an engine condition compensation value at the high ratio of the fuel to the air. CONSTITUTION:An injected quantity is instructed to an injector 8 for injecting fuel into an intake passage 7 downstream to an air cleaner 6. Air sucked through the air cleaner 6 is pressurized by an air pump 9. The energizing and de-energizing of a solenoid valve 12 for secondary air control, which is provided in a passage 11 for supplying secondary air to the upstream part of the exhaust passage 10 of an engine E, are controlled by a microcomputer 5, which receives the output signals from a negative pressure sensor 13, a rotation sensor 15, an O2 sensor 1, an intake temperature sensor 17 and a water temperature sensor 18 to calculate an engine condition compensation value at the high ratio of fuel to air to perform the open-loop control of the ratio on the basis of the compensation value. |
