<p>The two transit or multivibrator feeds a third output transistor which in turn feeds a three transistor switching circuit, the last transistor of which has its collector commoned to the bases of the six parallel connected power output transistors and this sixth transistor goes into conduction during spaces (intervals) between the multivibrator adjustable amplitude and frequency pulses. The power transistor are monitored by emitter resistors connected via a ladder circuit to an amplifier which drives a transistor switch to cut off the supply to the multivibrator case one or more power transistors conductors during the space periods. A second transistor switch earths the multivibrator output in case of electrode short circuit.</p> |
