发明名称 BLADE ANGLE CONTROL DEVICE FOR VARIABLE PITCH MARINE PROPELLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at enlarging the effective range of an automatic load control device, by providing such an arrangement that an initial set value is given to the blade angle of a propeller by anticipating load variations so that the deviation between the initial set value and a desired value is made small. CONSTITUTION:Acceleration signals S10 which are momentarily delivered to a blade angle compensating device 11, are successively stored in a memory, as acceleration data, and are analyzed by a computer after the lasting of a predetermined time period to obtain the time period, amplitude and phase of acceleration in order to anticipate a load variation after the time point. Meanwhile the compensating value of the blade angle which corresponds to the anticipated load variation and which minimizes the load variation, is calcuarated, and is converted into a blade angle compensating signal S11 which is then delivered. Thus, a set blade angle signal S2 is compensated by an adding and subtracting unit 8 in accordance with the signal S11 to a value approximate to the desired value, and the deviation between a set signal and the desired value is simultaneously corrected by the adding and subtracting unit 8 in accordance with a blade angle compensating signal 7 with reference to the rotational speed of the engine rotary system. Then, the final compensating signal 8' is delivered to a variable pitch marine propeller 9, and therefore, the blade angle control in addition to the feed-forward control may be smoothly followed up, thereby the effective range of the automatic load control device may be enlarged.
