PURPOSE:To reduce a distortion caused by bonding by telescopically forming one or both ends of a can a ceramic ring or metal bellows, thereby readily bonding the thin or thick can and bellows to other structure. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic ring 16 is disposed over a can 3 and metal bellows 15. The bellows 15 and a deflecting plate ring 18 are bonded perpendicularly by a ceramic ring 17. Further, after the bellows 15, the can 3 and a lower collar 5 are bonded, a guard ring 19 is provided at the can 3 and the shaft 11 side of the collar 5. Thus, the completeness of the can telescopic effect by the adoption of the rings 16, 17 and a deflecting leaf ring 18, the semifixture of the can 3 to the ring 19 are provided, and protected against the mechanical damage of a telescopic structure. |
