PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps by mounting laminated piezoelectric elements in a clamping elastic support of U shape, and mounting it on an actuator support. CONSTITUTION:A linear actuator is supported by guide rollers 9, couplers in which both piezoelectric ends of forward and backward laminated piezoelectric elements 6 are mounted, is mounted on an actuator support 10 at the side walls 8-1, 8-2 of forward and backward elastic supports 8 of U shape relating to a movable supporting bracket between the bottoms of the couplers mounted with both piezoelectric ends of clamping laminated piezoelectric elements 5 in clamping elastic supports 7 of U shape having open ends of contacts 7-1, 7-2 used for clamping, and mounted on the support 10. Guide rollers 9 for forward and backward guide rails 11 are provided at the support 10. |
