<p>PURPOSE:To improve customer service without letting a customer wait by interrupting inspecting operation for protecting file data in a terminal equipment when the necessity for a transaction with the customer arises during the inspecting operation. CONSTITUTION:When inspection for protecting (saving) a file is performed and data D on the transaction with the customer needs to be inputted while data is outputted, an operator presses the interruption key 11 at an input part 1. The input interruption data Q is stored in a register R2 in an input control task I1 and its format is checked in an input check task I2. A control task M starts an interruption task P after the check to stop an output editing task E and an output task B immediately, and also release the input from data keys 2 at the input part 1 to a register R1. Consequently, the transaction is handled without letting the customer wait and the customer service is improved.</p> |
